Terms of service
General
●You must be 18 years or older●I will not draw anything that makes me feel uncomfortable this includes most NSFW scenarios●Commissions will be handled through Discord, email is also acceptable.●You receive a loose rough sketch during the beginning of the commission to experiment with what poses, props, and backgrounds should look like before things begin.
Payment
●I accept payments through PayPal.●I will be given half of the payment upfront to get started and the remaining half at the end●Prices will change based on complexity of characters amount of characters, shading, and background●Additional edits to the piece after completion will be charged hourly.
Rights
●I retain all rights to use my artwork for promotional purposes.●Clients may ask me if they wish for me to try to replicate an art style that they like or have me draw in my own style.●Clients will revive commissions with both a paper texture and with ought a paper texture●Clients may use their commissions for personal/non-commercial purposes.●Clients are allowed to post their commissions online as long as they make sure to credit me.●Clients have the right to use the work for personal and non-commercial purposes without my written permission.●Additional rights for commercial use may be purchased for an additional fee, which can be discussed privately.●I reserve the right to turn down any commission request for any reason.
